The site looks good overall, but I had a hard time finding what I needed, and the checkout process was confusing. I almost gave up before finishing my order. If it stays this frustrating, I’d probably shop somewhere else next time

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from lomabeauty.us the shipping was solid. I got the tracking info not long after placing the order, and everything arrived in good condition. It wasn’t next-day fast or anything, but it still came sooner than I thought it would. I’m giving it one star off because the updates were a little slow in the beginning, which made me wonder what was going on for a bit. Overall though, I felt relieved and happy once it showed up without any issues.

"Decent products, but canceling was a hassle"
The products themselves were fine, about on par with a lot of similar subscription stuff I’ve tried, but canceling was more annoying than it should’ve been. I ended up getting charged again before I could get it sorted out, and support took a while to get back to me. It wasn’t a total nightmare or anything, just frustrating compared to other services that make canceling way easier.

I had to return my order, it went smoother than I expected. Support got back to me quickly, and my refund showed up a few days later. What more can you ask for? No hassle, no back-and-forth, just easy.

"Better than I expected for my itchy scalp"
I wasn’t expecting a huge difference, but my scalp has been way less itchy since I started using this. It’s not a total fix because I still get some dryness here and there, but compared to what I was dealing with before, it’s been a lot more comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because it helped more than I thought it would, just not perfectly.

"My order was spot on"
I got my Loma order, everything came just how I picked it out, sizes included. The email updates took me a bit to follow and check, but the actual order was right, so no complaints there. I’d order again

"My hair feels so much softer now"
i mean, my hair was so dry before, especially on the ends, and after ordering from lomabeauty.us it’s been feeling way softer. I’ve only used it a few times, but it already feels more hydrated and a lot less frizzy. Shipping was totally fine too, so overall I’m really happy with it so far.

"Pretty disappointing right away"
My first reaction was that this was a bit of a letdown. A few of the items I wanted were out of stock, so the order ended up missing some stuff.

"Bad packaging and a messy delivery"
My order from Loma Beauty showed up in rough shape. The box was flimsy and kind of crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, so I could already tell it hadn’t been packed with much care.
One of the items had leaked a little, so I ended up having to wipe everything down and check what was still usable, which was just extra work I didn’t want to deal with. For what I paid, I expected way better packaging. I won’t be ordering again.

"Honestly disappointing for the price"
I really wanted to love this, especially after seeing how nice everything looked online, but I felt let down when it arrived. For what I paid, I was expecting something that felt a lot more special, and instead it just seemed kind of basic. The shipping also took longer than I hoped, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Maybe it works for other people, but for me, I just don’t feel like it was worth the money. I wouldn’t buy again.

"Smaller than I expected"
I thought this would be a lot bigger. I’ve bought similar bottles before that were way more reasonable for the price, so I was surprised when this tiny one showed up. Kind of felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth.

"Nice shine, but nothing too dramatic"
I picked up Loma Beauty because my hair had been looking dull lately, and I was hoping it would bring a little life back. After a couple washes, I did notice some extra shine, especially when I blow dried my hair after using it.
That said, it wasn’t a huge wow moment for me. My ends still felt a little dry, and I was expecting more softness overall. There’s something about it that’s nice, but for the price, it felt more average than amazing

"color faded way too fast"
i was disappointed with this. my dyed hair started fading badly after just two washes, and it felt like all the color i paid for disappeared way too soon

I gave this a try after finding the receipt in my email and realizing I’d been meaning to review it. It was just okay for me, my fine curls ended up getting greasy quickly, so it’s probably not something I’d buy again.

It feels smooth going on and doesn’t feel too heavy, but it is a little sticky though.

"Nice clean scent not too strong"
This smells really nice and fresh on me. It’s clean without being too much I just wish it lasted a little longer. Still happy with it though.
